Birth to table. Quality you can trust.
Every cut of beef, lamb, and chicken you purchase from us was raised right here on our farm — by our hands, on our soils, with full transparency into every step of the process. We know our animals from the moment they’re born until the day they leave the farm, and that level of care shows in the flavour, quality, and integrity of our meat.
We believe you deserve to know where your food comes from, how it was raised, and who raised it — and we love answering your questions. If we’re the right fit for you, amazing. If not, that’s okay too. What matters most is that you feel good about the food you put on your table.
Why Our Meat Tastes Better
Our herd is built on strong, carefully selected genetics. We use natural breeding methods, lineage tracking, and genetic testing to ensure consistency, performance, and quality. Healthy animals with the right genetics produce beef that is tender, well-marbled, and deeply flavourful.
Nutrition That Starts From Our Soil
We grow all of our animal feed right here on the farm — hay, peas/oats, rye, clover, sorghum, and corn — using regenerative practices that protect our soil and ecosystem. Our animals are fed grasses and forages their entire lives, along with corn, distillers grains, and corn silage. A balanced, natural diet is the foundation of great-tasting meat.
Quality Controlled From Start to Finish
Because we sell directly to you, we control the entire process — where, when, and how our animals are harvested. We work exclusively with local, government-inspected abattoirs, harvesting at the ideal age of 18–20 months, then dry-aging for peak tenderness and flavour. Every step is intentional, ethical, and done the right way.
