Let us put together a BEEF package for you! This is a great way to get a variety of our 21 Day dry age, AAA beef in your freezer!

You can expect to receive

  • Mix of premium steaks (may include NY strip, Sirloin, Round, Eye of Round or Chuck) approx. 2-3 steaks, qty (1)/pk
  • Mix of premium roasts (may include round, rump, cross cut rib (contains bone), sirloin tip or blade) approx. 1-2 roasts approx 3lbs ea
  • Beef Braising ribs (qty 2 per pk)
  • Ground Beef; "Regular", approx 1lb/pk. Expect approx 5lbs
  • Stew or Beef Strips qty 1lb/pk
  • Seasonally: beef shanks or burger patty stack, beef sausage may also be included.

This is a package of approx 10-12lbs* of beef, weight WILL vary as it is dependent upon the cuts available at the time of order pack, based on our in stock inventory. The cut varieties provided will be up to a $150 retail value. If you have any requests, please leave them in the notes section upon checkout. Items are not intended for resale, are non refundable, and will come frozen.

What cuts are included in this package?

You’ll receive a mix of 2–3 premium steaks (NY strip, sirloin, round, eye of round, or chuck), 1–2 roasts (round, rump, cross-cut rib, sirloin tip, or blade), braising ribs, approximately 5 lbs of ground beef, and 1 lb of stew or beef strips. Seasonal additions like shanks, burger patties, or sausage may also be included.
How much beef comes in the box?

Each package contains approximately 10–12 lbs of beef, though exact weight may vary depending on cut size and current inventory.
Are the cuts fresh or frozen?

All items are individually vacuum-sealed and frozen immediately to preserve flavour, tenderness, and quality.
Can I make special requests?

You can leave notes at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate preferences; however, specific cuts cannot be guaranteed due to inventory availability.

Pick-Up & Delivery

To be eligible for $30 local delivery, your order must be $75+ (before tax).

All orders $150+ (before tax) are eligible for free local delivery.

Where We Deliver
We deliver across Chatham-Kent, Lambton, and Essex counties, including Chatham, Dresden, Wallaceburg, Sarnia, Petrolia, Port Lambton, Watford, Windsor, Tecumseh, Leamington, Amherstburg, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Day
Our main delivery day is Wednesday. We coordinate timing with you beforehand, and you do not need to be home—you can leave a cooler or thermal tote for your order.

Local Pick-Up
All online orders are eligible for pick-up at our farm store located at 29892 Oakdale Rd, Croton, during store hours. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure your order is picked up within 14 days of receiving your pick-up notification.
