This product is a J&E Meats exclusive, and is an absolute luxury! Why? It is jam packed with essential nutrients, doesn't taste "livery" or like organ meat at all, and you won't find it anywhere else!
Our Ancestral Ground Beef Blend is our nose-to-tail version of ground beef. It's an 80/20 grind of our 21 day dry aged ground beef + our beef heart + our beef liver. Its rich and savory, high in iron, rich in vitamins B6 and B12 and because it's combined with our premium beef, it blends the taste of the organ meat in perfectly so you get all the added benefits! Can be used just like regular ground beef in any recipe; because of the added liver and heart, it is LEAN and YUMMY!

Pick-Up & Delivery
To be eligible for $30 local delivery, your order must be $75+ (before tax).
All orders $150+ (before tax) are eligible for free local delivery.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across Chatham-Kent, Lambton, and Essex counties,
including Chatham, Dresden, Wallaceburg, Sarnia, Petrolia, Port Lambton,
Watford, Windsor, Tecumseh, Leamington, Amherstburg, and surrounding areas.
Delivery Day
Our main delivery day is Wednesday. We coordinate timing
with you beforehand, and you do not need to be home—you can
leave a cooler or thermal tote for your order.
Local Pick-Up
All online orders are eligible for pick-up at our farm store located at
29892 Oakdale Rd, Croton, during store hours. You will be
emailed when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure your order is
picked up within 14 days of receiving your pick-up
notification.
