Let us put together a BEEF package for you! This is a great way to get a variety of our 21 Day dry age, AAA beef in your freezer!

You can expect to receive

  • Mix of premium steaks (may include NY strip, Sirloin, Tbone, Rib Eye, Round, Eye of Round or Chuck) approx. 3-4 steaks, qty (1)/pk
  • Mix of premium roasts (may include round, rump, cross cut rib (contains bone), sirloin tip or blade) approx. 2-3 roasts approx 3lbs ea
  • Beef Braising ribs (qty 2 per pk)
  • Ground Beef; "Regular", approx 1lb/pk. Expect approx 6-8lbs
  • Stew or Beef Strips qty 1lb/pk
  • Seasonally: beef shanks or burger patty stack, beef sausage may also be included.

This is a package of approx 20-22lbs* of beef, weight WILL vary as it is dependent upon the cuts available at the time of order pack, based on our in stock inventory. The cut varieties provided will be up to a $300 retail value. If you have any requests, please leave them in the notes section upon checkout. Items are not intended for resale, are non refundable, and will come frozen.

What cuts are included in this beef package?

You’ll receive a hand-packed mix that may include premium steaks (NY strip, sirloin, T-bone, rib eye, round, eye of round, or chuck), 2–3 roasts (such as round, rump, cross-cut rib, sirloin tip, or blade), braising ribs, 6–8 lbs of ground beef, and 1 lb of stew or beef strips. Seasonal items like shanks, sausage, or burger patties may also be included.
How much beef is included?

Each package contains approximately 20–22 lbs of beef. The total weight and combination of cuts may vary depending on current inventory and natural cut sizes.
Are the items fresh or frozen?

All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed and frozen immediately to preserve peak freshness and quality.
Can I request specific cuts?

You’re welcome to leave preferences in the notes at checkout, and we’ll accommodate where possible; however, specific cuts cannot be guaranteed due to inventory availability.

Pick-Up & Delivery

To be eligible for $30 local delivery, your order must be $75+ (before tax).

All orders $150+ (before tax) are eligible for free local delivery.

Where We Deliver
We deliver across Chatham-Kent, Lambton, and Essex counties, including Chatham, Dresden, Wallaceburg, Sarnia, Petrolia, Port Lambton, Watford, Windsor, Tecumseh, Leamington, Amherstburg, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Day
Our main delivery day is Wednesday. We coordinate timing with you beforehand, and you do not need to be home—you can leave a cooler or thermal tote for your order.

Local Pick-Up
All online orders are eligible for pick-up at our farm store located at 29892 Oakdale Rd, Croton, during store hours. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure your order is picked up within 14 days of receiving your pick-up notification.
