Custom cuts are typically ready within 2–5 business days, depending on availability and the complexity of your request.

  2. Final price is calculated per lb based on the cut requested
  3. If needed by a specific date, please include this in your order notes
  4. Orders not picked up within 10 days will be forfeited
  5. You will be contacted when your order is ready

Custom Cut Piece Beef Deposit

Use this option to make an order for a custom cut piece of beef! eg 2" thick cut steak (Rib eye, NY strip, Tbone), Thor's Hammer Beef shank, Dinosaur ribs etc. Please specify your cut and instructions in the NOTES SECTION so we know what you're after. Please be reminded that this is a non refundable deposit to secure your order, and will be taken off your final total. Your item will be calculated a $X/lb upon pickup in our store. This item is being custom cut, FRESH for you. If you need it on or by a specific date, include those details in the notes as well, the more info you tell us the better we can serve you! If your item is not picked up within (3) days of receiving your ORDER READY email, it will be frozen. If not picked up 10 days after your deposit is placed, you will forfeit your order and deposit.

Note: the deposit is for EACH ITEM eg if you're requiring (6) steaks, you must increase your quantity

Your deposit secures the order and is applied to your final balance. The final total is calculated per lb based on the specific cut and weight prepared for you.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?

Custom cuts not picked up within 3 days of your ready-for-pickup email will be frozen. After 10 days, the order and deposit will be forfeited.
