Our most coveted cut of Lamb by far, especially for Easter! Our lamb is all born and raised here on our farm by us, and unlike any other lamb you've had before! Always hormone and antibiotic free, naturally raised.
A frenched rack of lamb is a premium cut of lamb that includes 7 or 8 rib bones and the tender meat attached to them. The term "frenched" refers to a butchering technique where the meat, fat, and sinew are meticulously trimmed away from the ends of the rib bones, leaving them clean and exposed. This gives the rack an elegant, lollipop-like appearance, often used for fine dining presentations. Mild in flavour, and exceptionally tender.
