Cut from our very own 21–25 day dry-aged beef, each steak is approximately ¾" thick, individually vacuum-sealed, and frozen for freshness. These premium cuts are known for their tenderness, rich marbling, and full-bodied beef flavour — perfect for the grill, cast-iron skillet, or oven. Contains a small rib bone that adds rich beefy flavour.

Pick-Up & Delivery
To be eligible for $30 local delivery, your order must be $75+ (before tax).
All orders $150+ (before tax) are eligible for free local delivery.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across Chatham-Kent, Lambton, and Essex counties,
including Chatham, Dresden, Wallaceburg, Sarnia, Petrolia, Port Lambton,
Watford, Windsor, Tecumseh, Leamington, Amherstburg, and surrounding areas.
Delivery Day
Our main delivery day is Wednesday. We coordinate timing
with you beforehand, and you do not need to be home—you can
leave a cooler or thermal tote for your order.
Local Pick-Up
All online orders are eligible for pick-up at our farm store located at
29892 Oakdale Rd, Croton, during store hours. You will be
emailed when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure your order is
picked up within 14 days of receiving your pick-up
notification.
