How many striploins come in each box?

The 10lb box includes approximately 10–12 steaks, while the 5lb box contains about 5–8 steaks. Exact quantities vary depending on the natural size of each hand-cut steak.
How thick are the New York striploin steaks?

Each steak is cut approximately ¾" thick — an ideal thickness for even cooking and a tender, juicy result.
Are the steaks fresh or frozen?

All steaks are individually vacuum-sealed and frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour, tenderness, and quality.
Can I request specific steak sizes?

Because these are hand-cut and vary naturally in size, we pack boxes by total weight rather than exact steak count. Requests can be left at checkout, but specific sizes cannot be guaranteed.

Pick-Up & Delivery

To be eligible for $30 local delivery, your order must be $75+ (before tax).

All orders $150+ (before tax) are eligible for free local delivery.

Where We Deliver
We deliver across Chatham-Kent, Lambton, and Essex counties, including Chatham, Dresden, Wallaceburg, Sarnia, Petrolia, Port Lambton, Watford, Windsor, Tecumseh, Leamington, Amherstburg, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Day
Our main delivery day is Wednesday. We coordinate timing with you beforehand, and you do not need to be home—you can leave a cooler or thermal tote for your order.

Local Pick-Up
All online orders are eligible for pick-up at our farm store located at 29892 Oakdale Rd, Croton, during store hours. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure your order is picked up within 14 days of receiving your pick-up notification.
