The Big Pig Package

We love working with other farmers and small businesses! We've teamed up to bring you our version of a 1/4 pig share.

In the Big Pig Package you'll get approx 20lbs of Ontario Pork, sourced locally and cut and packaged in our very own butcher shop. PACKAGE MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • 2lbs Smoked Side Bacon 
  • Qty (6) Bone In Pork Chops 2/pk, ¾”- 1" thick
  • Qty (1) 3lb pork roast (shoulder, butt or boneless loin, pending in stock inventory)
  • (1) full pork tenderloin
  • (2) packages of breakfast sausage links (qty 10 links/pk)
  • 1 pk of Ribs
  • (4) Shoulder steaks (qty 2/pk)
  • 3-5lbs of ground pork

*All will come frozen, and vacuum packaged. May take approx 2 weeks to prepare*

Is the meat dry‑aged?

Yes — all beef in our bundles is dry‑aged 21–25 days for exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Can I request substitutions?

Bundles are pre‑packed and cannot be customized, but you’ll always receive premium cuts that meet or exceed the listed weight.

Pick-Up & Delivery

To be eligible for $30 local delivery, your order must be $75+ (before tax).

All orders $150+ (before tax) are eligible for free local delivery.

Where We Deliver
We deliver across Chatham-Kent, Lambton, and Essex counties, including Chatham, Dresden, Wallaceburg, Sarnia, Petrolia, Port Lambton, Watford, Windsor, Tecumseh, Leamington, Amherstburg, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Day
Our main delivery day is Wednesday. We coordinate timing with you beforehand, and you do not need to be home—you can leave a cooler or thermal tote for your order.

Local Pick-Up
All online orders are eligible for pick-up at our farm store located at 29892 Oakdale Rd, Croton, during store hours. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure your order is picked up within 14 days of receiving your pick-up notification.
